    • Rules of Play

    To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit to The Little Big Town we ask that a few simple rules are followed:
    The Little Big Town does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises. 
    Please remove shoes before entering the play space.  
    Adults and children must wear socks at all times.
    No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play space.
    The Little Big Town cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit
    Any fighting, bullying or abusive language will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave without refund
    Please leave promptly after your play session has ended to allow the staff to prepare the play area and environment ready for the next session 
    Please report any play incidents to a member of staff straight away

    Coronavirus

    The Little Big Town’s key priority at all times is the health, safety, and wellbeing of the visiting children, their families and our staff. In specific regard to the current pandemic, we are operating to our own comprehensive and regularly updated COVID-19 policies regarding infection control, and we will also continue to introduce additional measures in line with the latest guidance from the NHS, Public Health Bodies, and government. Here at The Little Big Town our staff will follow strict measures to keep you and your child safe. As lockdown is eased and we open our doors from 27th August and welcome children back we have implemented a few changes:
